Planks

Side Planks

Hanging cork screws utilize your leg muscles. Basically, you raise your legs to the sides instead of to the front. They help build up your lower abs. Firstly, hang onto a pull up or scaffold bar, and then lift your legs up to one side and then lower them again. Raise the legs on your other side to complete the rep. Make sure that you’re lifting your legs, they are as straight as can be and not slightly crooked or bent. If your legs are angled too much, then this exercise will not challenge you to your full potential.
