Submitted on January 9, 2010 No Comment

You being thin might be the result of countless reasons. However, if you interested in gaining weight then certainly you do not have to keep dreaming about it. And for this purpose, to make you build muscles and gain weight, I am adding here fifteen golden rules. Though they are not of some magical type and you are not going to build muscles without any effort and over night but still they are very effective in natural way.

Build Muscle

Rule # 1: get to know the things you are striving for:
I have seen a number of people making efforts for the things that they do not know about. So, if you are going to make effort for muscle building then for sure the first rule of it is knowing the things as they need to be known. And if you are skinny and are in urge to gain weight then why are you seeking advice from those who never had been skinny? Well! that is the biggest mistake. If you want to get to the goal then make sure you know everything regarding it.

Rule # 2: set the goal and strive for it, whole heartedly.
The second rule for gaining muscle mass is making a goal for it. If you do not know what is your goal then no way are you going to get anything. Before making effort for anything the key is setting a goal for that achievement.

And after the goal is set make plans to reach it.

Rule # 3: be confident and believe in yourself.
Being confident and believing in oneself means that you are ready to get what you are planning for. Be confident that you can do what you have planned for and believe in yourself that you can get that thing for sure. Trust me! You will find building mass over your bones soon.

Rule # 4: don’t pay heed on advices
Well! this is the biggest mistake, people while working out and during the period of working out find a number of advices and they do pay heed on them. paying heed means you are sure not to get to the goal you have set for yourself and a destroyed work out plan.

Rule # 5: don’t work out hard
Rule number five will make you work out longer. Some people tend to work out regularly as soon as they start with their working out thing. And this is the place where they make the mistake. I would like to mention here that people who get in to exercising seven days a week are most probable t work only a week for they are tired out while the very first week of their exercising regime, result? No build up of muscle mass.

Rule # 6: focus over the lifts that work for more than a joint

Rule # 7: try focusing over using free lifts

Rule # 8: challenge yourself with the weights

Rule # 9: try focusing over the portions of exercise that are eccentric

Rule # 10: the shorter and intense work out is sure to be more of value for you in building up the muscle mass.

Rule # 11: do not go for the aerobic activities

Rule # 12: stick to your exercising programs:
It some times happen that people tend to hop the programs and this they do while knowing that some other execisig program is more effective. Do not do this and keep yourself on your tracks.

Rule # 13: eat more and eat healthy: take in balanced diet and keep processed and fast foods at arm’s length.

Rule # 14: try eating more often. Make sure you are eating something or other within short intervals, this practice would keep the muscle tissues from break down.

Rule # 15: to supplement your muscles, use nutritional supplements.
