In body building, one of the most important is building muscles. It is a form of modification involving intensive muscle exercise. It helps the body to add some weight along with more fat which can be removed by constant work out or exercise.

People now a days, have their own ways to have muscles. Dieting or right food intake plays an important role to muscle gain. Experts say that eating a lot of foods which are rich in protein will help gain weight and energy level. You also have to prevent eating foods that has saturated fats like cheese, red meats and the like. High fiber foods like fish, fruits and vegetables consumed in a daily basis can add up to 25 pounds of muscles.

It is required to eat at least 7 meals a day because it will help out to burn fat faster. Drinking 10-12 glasses a day will prevent you from dehydration and maintain body temperature.

Professional body builders suggest that weight training and cardio workouts plays an important role to gain 25 pounds of muscles in just 9-11 weeks. Simple exercises like running, walking, swimming, hiking and bicycling can be use for weight training and workouts. Stressing yourself out too much must not be done; you have to save more energy especially when doing cardio exercises.

Easy work outs like push ups, squats, chin ups and pull ups are done first before doing cardio exercises. It is just proper to take enough rest every after each set.

Last but not the least is the weight training workouts which will definitely increase your muscle mass. These are types of workout tools that will help you attain the built you wanted. There are dumbbell flyes, bench press, barbell curls and lat pull ups.

To achieve the 25 pounds muscle gain for 12 weeks you must apply the proper workout and dieting. When doing so you must be physically and mentally ready. Fact is, if workout is not done correctly it might cause complications in the body, because each and every one has different exercises or work out which suits their body. Always ask a professional.
