As genetic factor play a vital role in building muscles. This knowledge overtrains many skinny guys and they are able to conquer this genetic deficiency.

Skinny guys mostly give up due to lack of motivation factor. This article will play as an emerging light and will develop new thinking.

Building muscles is not easy job, but a sure progress can be made from here with no nutritional shakes and no curling of biceps.

Here are few suggestions,

1. Most importantly the basic need is to have enough calories that help you fulfill your nutritional needs to grow strong. Try to get your protein supply from natural sources. Breads, chocolates and milk shakes will not help anyway in building muscles. 2. Chicken, beef, nuts are good examples of food full of muscle building calories.

3. It is highly recommended to lift up your nutritional supply, as very few people actually take good nutrition.

4. Skinny guys first desire is to get a muscular body, am I right? Follow given instructions and see results in next 8 months. Firstly, for your chest: start doing bench presses and chest presses.

5. Triceps: Dips and triceps press downs.
