Learn to Build Muscle by Burning Fat

Burning fat is a result of energy in and energy out in our body. A mixture of carbohydrates is burned as glucose and fats are burned for fuel in our body. The quantity of fat and glucose depends upon the level of physical activity and the quantity and quality of food eaten. Whenever a person do excessive physical work than what he has eaten, body starts utilizing fats stored in the body to fulfill the need of the body. This helps in loss of fat.

Build Muscle

Following examples are something to take into consideration:

30 minutes walk on a treadmill- uses 180 calories- fat burned equals to 180 calories.

30 minutes running on a treadmill- uses 400 calories-fat burned equals to 120 calories.

Above example explains that the rate of fat burning depends on the energy exhausted in either walking or running.

Build Muscle

BUILDING MUSCLE

Following are the fibers of which muscles are composed of:

Fast Twitch Fibers ( F T F) (A)

Slow Twitch Fibers (S T F)

Fast Twitch Fibers (F T F) (B)

Main concentration for muscle building should be on F T F. Relative proportion of S T F to the F T F is decided by genetics. If body possesses more F T F it builds muscles faster as compared to body which possess more S T F.

CONCLUSION

On concluding this discussion we can say that when you exercise it leads to burning fats and when you build muscles it requires utilizing the excess fat which is already in the body by concentrating on the fibers.
