People have always looked around for the best book they could get about gym exercises. There have been a few good books but the one that I am going to discuss has received a lot of appreciation from the people. The author of this book is Nick Nilsson and it is without any doubt that this is the best book written by him. It is a wonderful collection and the people will love to get a hand on it. The book is titled as “The Best Exercises you’ve Never Heard of” and this book has lived up to its title.
Many speculations have surrounded that the exercises mentioned in the book are variations of exercises but this is not the truth. These are new exercises which we might have probably missed when the world of bodybuilding was created. This book is superb for getting an immense gain. Well can anyone imagine that he does not have the bench press as a pectoral exercise? Initially I was also not sure what would be the contents of the book and it might turn out to variations of the exercises but today I can say that I am glad to buy this book.

For example, I had problem in making the inner and lower chest and it really looked pathetic. I was unable to build my outer and the lower chest and like other body builders, I had to face a lot of problems. For years, I searched for an exercise that could help me in my inner and outer pec. This book gave me two brand new exercises to solve my problem. One of the exercises has helped me in getting an excellent contraction right in the region and the other exercise has helped in the upper part pec cleavage.
In my opinion, for all those who had been having problems in building their body and they have been unable to get the problem solved, then this book is a perfect thing for them. Do not waste your time and just buy this book.
